Purpose
It is outdoor, single phase and SF6 insulated top-head type current transformer,whichis used for metering and relay protection of132(110、66)kV50 or 60Hz system.Standards

• This product is of SF6 gas insulation inverted structure.Primary winding is of penetrating type conducting rod structure; maximum.short time withstand current reaches 63kA/3s(in case of series connection of primary winding)
• Primary winding runs through the center,free of the influence of leakage flux, with measuring accuracy reaching clsaa 0.1 and Class 0.2S
• The upper enclosure is processed from welded aluminum alloy, with metal bursting disc installed at the top. Ifspark discharge happens inside, the bursting disc will rapidly release pressure after internal pressure rises to 0.85Mpa, hence improve the product safety and prevent the danger ofexplosion.
• Secondary winding is cast in aluminum shielding case by uscoforganic materials, hence the secondary circuit will not suffer electric shock caused by insulation breakdown. The electrode structure of optimal design improves the distribution of internal and extemnal electric fields,achieving excellent insulating properly.
• There are two types of external insulating bushings available for user choice: Fiber glass bushing with silicon rubber umbrella skirt: High- strength porcelain bushing.
• Seal rung, made from imported fluorine rubber, is applicable to the regions with change in high/low temperature or rigorous ambient temperature, its annual leakage rate is less than 0.5%.
• Pedestal is of double-layer anticorrosion protection; stainless steel fasteners, nameplate and all other parts are guaranteed be rust-free all the time. The pedestal is equipped with density meter which end display internal
gaspressure (displayed value automatically converts is internal gas pressure at 20℃ ) and density and send out signal when internal pressure of transformer reduces to alarm pressure requesting gas supply.
