Jiangxi Gandian Electric Co., Ltd. is a key medium-sized enterprise designated by the former State Power Corporation and the State Machinery Bureau for the professional production of transformers, current transformers, box-type substations, and other substation equipment. It is one of the drafting and reviewing units for national standards and guidelines for current transformers. Quality Assurance

The products offered must pass acceptance by the power department. All losses caused by quality issues shall be borne by the bidder. If the power department's acceptance fails, the bidder shall unconditionally recall the supplied products and bear the losses caused to the owner. The purchaser has the right to select another supplier.

From product design to raw material procurement, our company strictly follows national standards and our company's "Quality Manual" and "Procedure Documents." In addition, our company has established a series of quality reward and punishment systems. Product quality awareness has penetrated the hearts of every employee. Strict management systems are an important guarantee of our product quality. In product manufacturing, we strictly comply with and meet all technical requirements, standards, and various feedback provided by you. We complete factory tests and on-site test items according to technical specifications and test requirements.

Warranty Period

The warranty period is 24 months from the date the goods pass acceptance and are officially put into operation.
If serious defects attributable to the seller (such as goods not meeting performance requirements) are found during the warranty period, the warranty period shall be calculated as 24 months from the date the defect is repaired. If repair and technical support costs occur due to goods failure during the warranty period, the seller shall provide them free of charge. The warranty period shall be extended accordingly for the time delayed by the failure occurrence and repair.
During the warranty period, if defects are found in the goods and are the seller's responsibility, the seller shall immediately repair or replace the defective parts free of charge, including replacement costs, freight, and insurance fees to the installation site, all borne by the seller. After the warranty period, the seller agrees at the most favorable price
to provide the buyer with the most comprehensive maintenance and repair services and spare parts. Claims made by the buyer for defects and damage to supplied goods found during the warranty period remain valid within 30 days after the warranty expires.

Scope and Conditions of Warranty

(1) Quality issues caused by our reasons during the warranty period are covered by the three guarantees: "repair, replacement, and return."
1. For equipment failures caused by the buyer's human factors or natural disasters during the warranty period, we provide free repair services, charging only the cost of damaged parts.
2. After the warranty expires, we provide lifetime service for the product. The buyer only needs to bear the round-trip transportation costs of our engineering maintenance personnel and the actual costs of replacing damaged parts.
(2) All products provided by our company fully comply with the requirements of GB (national standards) and IEC (international standards). We guarantee that the goods supplied to the buyer are brand new and unused, technologically advanced and mature, of excellent quality, safe, reliable, effective in operation, and easy to maintain.
(3) We guarantee that the goods supplied to the buyer do not have defects caused by design, materials, or processes.
(4) We guarantee that the goods supplied comply with all contract requirements.
(5) We guarantee that the supplied products, under correct installation, use, and maintenance conditions, have a service life meeting national requirements and satisfactory performance during their service life.

Service Response

A. Service content during the warranty period
(1) Provide all technical data and drawings specified in the contract free of charge.
(2) Free dispatch of dedicated personnel to the site to provide technical guidance, track and assist with equipment installation, debugging, and commissioning, and be responsible for providing interfaces and technical coordination with other related equipment.
Provide interface and technical coordination work.
(3) Free training for more than 3 product maintenance operators for users.
(4) Our company has offices and equipment maintenance personnel in various provinces and cities to better serve users.

B. Service content after the warranty period
Lifetime paid service is provided. After receiving user fault notification, respond within 2 hours, dispatch service personnel to the site within 24 hours, generally resolve common faults within 24 hours, major faults or those requiring parts from the manufacturer will be completed within 3 working days. The buyer only bears the round-trip transportation costs of our engineering maintenance personnel and the actual cost of replacing damaged parts, and guarantees that the service standards provided to users are not lower than those provided to any third party.

Other commitments and preferential conditions regarding after-sales service


1. Free on-site acceptance

At product delivery, we can dispatch dedicated technical personnel to provide on-site tracking service, inspecting and accepting the product appearance and quantity together with your technical staff during product unpacking.

2. Free technical training

Upon your request, our company can be responsible for on-site training of your technical staff, equipment operators, and maintenance personnel. One month before the training starts, we will recommend a training plan and provide training materials, enabling trained personnel to operate the equipment proficiently, understand the equipment structure and working principles, master future maintenance, and troubleshoot common faults.

3. Free installation guidance

During equipment installation, our company will dispatch experienced and capable service personnel to the site to guide the installation.

4. Free debugging guidance

For installed equipment, our company can send technical personnel to the site for power-on debugging and technical guidance. You may organize the power supply department, installation units, etc., to participate in performance debugging and safety acceptance.

5. Free on-site operation escort

During the initial power-on operation of the equipment, our company can dispatch technical personnel to assist.
