On March 8th, the election meeting of the Fuzhou High-Level Talent Association was held at the Phoenix Kaiyuan Mingdu Hotel. More than 100 participants attended the meeting, including representatives from Fuzhou members, the Municipal Party Committee Organization Department, the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and responsible comrades from member units of the Municipal Party Committee Talent Work Leading Group.
The meeting introduced the preparatory work of the association, read out the "Approval on the Establishment of the Fuzhou High-Level Talent Association," discussed and approved the "Articles of Association of the Fuzhou High-Level Talent Association (Draft)," "Logo of the Fuzhou High-Level Talent Association (Draft)," "Management Measures for Membership Fees of the Fuzhou High-Level Talent Association (Draft)," and "Election Methods for the First Council Members and Supervisors of the Fuzhou High-Level Talent Association (Draft)," among others. The first council of the association was elected, along with the president, vice presidents, and secretary-general. Our company's chairman, Zhang Aimin, was elected as the first president.
The Fuzhou High-Level Talent Association will focus on achieving the goals of leading top talents, gathering high-end talents, and assembling quality projects. It will actively carry out activities in six areas: industry docking, talent introduction and intelligence gathering, think tank services, academic exchanges, liaison and networking, and talent services. The association strives to become an important carrier for high-level talent communication and exchange in our city, a key platform for innovation and entrepreneurship, an important window for talent recruitment and intelligence introduction, and a vital base for service development. As a fellowship and non-profit social organization mainly composed of high-level talents and related organizations engaged in innovation and entrepreneurship in Fuzhou and concerned with supporting Fuzhou's construction and development, the association will adopt a "1+N" operation model, actively absorb and leverage the roles of various research institutes, universities, development zones, industrial parks, and other group members to assist Fuzhou's high-quality leapfrog development.
