In his speech, Qian Yun said that the opening of the Fuzhou High-level Talent Industrial Park and the establishment of the High-level Talent Association mark that Fuzhou has entered a new stage in attracting, cultivating, and retaining high-level talents, which will surely give new wings to Fuzhou's high-quality economic development. The Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, together with relevant departments, will jointly support the introduction, cultivation, retention, and use of high-level talents in Fuzhou, support the industrial upgrading of Fuzhou, and help Fuzhou strive to be the first and set an example on the road of high-quality leapfrog development of the provincial economy.
