The 3rd Central Region Substation Equipment Industry Summit Opens in Chongren

On December 6th, the opening ceremony of the 3rd Central China Substation Equipment Industry Summit was officially held in Chongren County, Jiangxi Province. The summit focused on the theme "New Digital Empowerment, Intelligent New Era," with over 300 participants jointly exploring the path for the substation equipment industry to transition towards high-end and intelligent development.
At the conference site, several academicians from the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Chinese Academy of Engineering were appointed as senior advisors to the Chongren County government, and a group of "HaiZhi Plan" talent workstations were established. Meanwhile, the postdoctoral workstation of East China Jiaotong University and the Institute of Automation of the Chinese Academy of Sciences set up experimental stations at Mingzheng Group. During the summit, leaders and guests from power companies of multiple countries conducted online exchanges and promotions to enhance international communication and cooperation in Chongren's substation equipment industry.
It is understood that since the successful hosting of the first Central China Substation Equipment Industry Summit in 2016, the summit has become one of the important external communication platforms for Chongren's substation equipment industry, effectively expanding the industry's influence and reputation, and promoting the industry's quality improvement and talent introduction to "go global."
It is reported that Chongren's medium and low voltage substation equipment products hold over 80% market share in Jiangxi Province, and its distribution transformers rank among the top three in the national market coverage. "Made in Chongren" products are also exported to Europe, Africa, Southeast Asia, and other regions. The substation equipment industry has become a "business card" for investment attraction in Chongren, drawing a large number of well-known domestic and foreign substation equipment enterprises to invest and inspect in Chongren.
