On October 22, the first Central Region Power Equipment Industry Summit Forum was held in Fuzhou. Nearly a hundred units and enterprises from the State Grid Corporation of China, the High Voltage Institute of China Electric Power Research Institute, and Jiangxi Science and Technology Department participated in the summit. At the forum, more than 200 experts, scholars, and business people conducted discussions and recommendations on the development of the substation equipment industry.

After nearly 50 years of development and transformation, there are 105 substation equipment related companies, 35 categories of products with more than 2,000 specifications, 2 Chinese famous brand products, and 7 national high-tech enterprises. There are 6 provincial-level enterprise technology centers, and the industrial agglomeration effect is significant. It is understood that the summit forum was hosted by the People's Government of Fuzhou City and Chongren County. Chongren County will take this opportunity to optimize and strengthen the substation equipment industry, continuously enhance its industrial influence and popularity, and innovate in the development of new products, optimizing the industrial structure, participating in the formulation of standardization, and creating independent brands to build the province. It is even the industrial gathering highland with the largest number of substation equipment manufacturers, the largest scale, and the most complete products in the country. The opening of the Jiangxi Provincial Substation Equipment Industry Museum has filled the gap in the Jiangxi substation equipment industry in this field, and is of great significance to the development of the Jiangxi substation equipment industry.
